Took a while to figure out, and did not come with any instructions. However I did manage to get it working.You must manually change the focus by rotating the lens. All in all, a good price for this product.

Pretty good little webcam. I ordered a few and plan on doing YouTube lives streams with them. The quality could be better, but you get what you pay for.
