During use, I cannot hear it whatsoever. It isn’t loud at all, but it also doesn’t make a ton of air. I’m using a surface laptop, and it cools it to around 60-70 degrees. Before, it would reach up to 82 degrees. Not bad!

Great product, cools down my laptop and is very nice, it's a tad bit loud but nothing too serious, and I wish I could make the fan speed a tad bit faster, but overall great product.

Nice design, fans are quiet, and love the adjustable fans for optimal cooling. Only con I have is the rubber stopper that holds laptop at the base comes off easily.
