Good Printer at the right price. It did not work initially with the supplied driver - but the support team worked non stop on the problem until it was fixed. It took a few days to get it up and running, but as I said the support team went over and above what was needed to get the problem solved and us up and running. It is a well made printer, should last a long time.

Was delivered as expected, well packed! I am not very computer savvy, I did the best I could with trying to set the printer up. Contacted EOM support and was printing in no time less than 10 min! Thank Goodness!

Printer and drawer connected and worked almost instantly. Would have given 5 Stars but when you advertise that you get receipt paper I expected more then this. Almost ran out of paper just printing test pages.

This POS system works great with my retail software. I needed Tech support with the setup and this company replied within 24 hours. Provided the support I needed and the system was up and running. Great customer service.

Great cordless scanner, receipt printer and cash drawer. I needed support as the cash drawer would pop open with any sale not jest cash sales. I called for support the phone was answered by a human being I was transferred to tech support Mark remoted in and had it fixed within minutes.
