The general expansion is perfect. There is a square stick (the way I like it), like the calf, the kneecap on the bottom is perfect and the rotation (up / down, left / right) is extremely smooth. This is my favorite of this monopod. Video reviews will come soon. Thanks guys.

This is a great tripod! The head has a smooth and pleasant movement and comes with a heavy microphone and a lightweight digital SLR camera. This is useful even in the tension of some long-exposure nighttime photographs of the storm in motion.

The overall quality is durable and you can use it to achieve a wide variety of versatility. I currently keep it in my car since the last minute requires stability and adapts to its purpose. I do not like this monopod like I think, but I think it's just the tripod that I like.
