I'd give this 5 stars except it doesn't have an umbrella holder, and the holes for the softbox ribs are too small for most softboxes. I do like that you can switch each light on or off.

I have used this with 100W cfls on a few video shoots, its not super bright but works well in a softbox. Anything larger than 100w though may not be able to fit 5 bulbs as the middle one becomes hard to fit in. So far I am pleased as you can adjust the amount of light by switching on and off certain bulbs and has helped with various shoots. I recommend for the price if you are looking for a good lighting solution for your softbox.
