I have just purchased this extension tubes for my Nikon D90. I now started practice using them and so far so good. Easy to use and because there is no additional glass involved, so I can get the same quality of results as I expect with the normal lens you use. Auto-focus works. It is good for the beginner. I want to use these for birds photos in the forest.

Pros:Completely manual, simple and straightforward.
Mine has good build quality, and works, assuming the subject has enough illumination.
Cons:Tubes quality are not the best, but they seem to be durable, and have light weight
