Overall, a good value, well-designed and very bright for its size. You're probably more likely to actually have this light with you when you need it, compared to bigger lights. The slider dimmer adjusts the brightness within a relatively narrow range -- from medium to high. A minor annoyance: the internal battery pack can get un-stuck from from a strip of double-sided tape and shake around inside. The fix: carefully drill out the 4 plastic disks near the front corners to expose 4 screws. Unscrew the case, add some fresh double-sided tape, screw it back together -- and re-fill the holes with black Shoe Goo.
