Exactly what I needed for my Pentax K-5ii at a fraction of the Pentax price. It works super well in wrieless and manual mode. Massive upgrade to the pop up flash.

I could not be happier! I searched many different flash units from Pentax and Cantus and ended up with this Yongnuo flash unit per someone's recommendation. This flash gun is excellent and I'm glad I purchased it. I will be buying two or three more for my projects. I use Nikon and Nissin flash guns and I recommend this Yongnuo.

As you aware flashes for Pentax are few and far between and are expensive. I own a Yongnuo flash for my Nikon DSLR and it is great and priced right. I bought this one for my Pentax K5 and am also very pleased. The TTL is very accurate and has a multitude of manual power settings. Very well made, no cheap materials and feels sturdy. Worth trying...
