I use these with several different Canon EF/EF-S lenses and they work great with all of them. Don't expect auto-focus to be great with these, not a fault of these tube rings, but that's just the nature of macro photography with extension tubes...use Manual Focus for best results!

I didn't want to invest in the Canon extension tube set and also found it difficult to find given supply chain issues. I will be using with a macro lens infrequently and also to copy old slides into the digital domain so durability of Canon product all metal construction was not necessary. I'm happy with the connections for autofocus and exposure and the product in most satisfactory. Contact parts are metal and of decent quality and barrel appears to be a composite plastic yet durable. Happy with this purchase after only a handful of shots.
