3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Smartphone Stabilizer

Bought this for my teenage son who is into videography and youtube videos. Works excellent for beginner, he is extremely happy and his videos for a teenager are great. It is much less expensive than other expensive brands and works just as well. The weakest link seems to be the stand, the gimbal is very unsteady on the stand. Overall this is a good buy for budding videographers.

 I shoot a lot of video with my phone--getting pics and video when "on the fly." This gimbal is compact and easy to fit your phone into (I did need to take it out of the case to use). The gimbal charges easily with your computer or USB. It was easy to set up and it helps the video look so much better than hand holding! Especially if you're walking or want to pan around something, this is a great option. It takes a little practice to hold but follow the directions well and you will get it.

Its great gimbal and super easy to use and you have to watch the video to understand how to install the phone in it and adjust the balance so the videos are not jumpy. I am very pleased with stabilization and battery life, it has 3 modes but I like the locked one best because I use it most to make edited clips for my business. Overall great value for the money!

After watching too many aesthetic travel videos on youtube, I decided to get a gimbal (basically a video stabilizer) for my phone. I really liked the dji osmo, but that goes for hundreds of dollars. I took a shot on this unknown gimbal and it really paid off! I've been testing it out in my home and it really improves the shakiness of the video. There's a small menu of buttons to control the gimbal and the build of this thing actually looks so nice. Just know that the clamp that holds your phone is a little tight and you have to kind of stuff your phone in there but at least it's sure to not come loose.

This is an okay entry level gimbal for someone just wanting to get started with a tight budget. I have a Samsung S8 and if you happen to pan too fast it really struggles to keep up if it does at all. Sometimes it just gives up and picks a new spot to focus on. Even with the adjustment arm all the way in I still can't use this with my phone case on because the middle motor interferes with the base. If I take my phone out of the case and slide the adjustment in a bit then it will clear the base. The main arm should be a little longer to prevent this from happening. It also seems to struggle with the weight of my phone as well. Even fully in the holder it still wants to have a slight sag to the left. This tends to vary, sometimes it's got it pretty bang on and others is quite noticeable. Controls are easy to use and work fine with my phone for starting/stopping recording/photo etc. I was disappointed that there isn't a case included with this at this price point. I have another gimbal that was only a few dollars more and has a case and performs much better than this one. I might have gotten a one that wasn't quite right. Others seem to be happy with theirs. Overall it's a decent gimbal and as long as you know it's limitations and that fits into your needs I think you'll be very happy with this one.
