All OK, very quick delivery. Thank you !

Very briefly, I have a large selection of both new and old flashguns. The older flashguns are still fine but the trigger voltages may be so high as to damage my dslr's shutter. So I need to fire these flashes off camera and remotely. All I can say is that the radio remotes make optical triggers seem like a waste of space. I knew I was going to get on with this radio transmitter and receiver when I was able to fire a flash in a pitch dark room and through solid walls. I happen to have as well several Metz 45 and 60 potato masher flashguns. The Metz 60s have separate power packs. The Metz flashes operate by a coiled synch cord. I can put a synch cord into the radio receiver and the flash will fire - which is more than could be said for optical units - especially when used outdoors. Bottom line, with the Metz flashes alone I now have a very powerful set of battery powered flashes that can be fired remotely and cheaply and reliably. All the Metz gear was bought second hand so I have a bargain. I understand that these units can also fire studio flashes but one needs to buy a separate cord - or one could just use a pc cord into the radio receiver. I haven't tried this yet but I am pretty sure this would work. I wish I could buy several Radio trigger receivers on their own but the price of the full unit is so cheap that it is no hardship to buy more full units. Obviously this is not a long term test but it seems promising! Lastly, I have never used a Pocketwizard and I am sure they are "better" but this poor man's version works well at present. Wish me luck.

i like the crane for the price its a verry good one only thing missing are the weights

This is my second purchase from this superb company - No I'm not on commission!! Originally I wanted to trigger my Canon Speedlites using 1000D or G9 & could not afford more expensive triggers so I gave it a go. The original purchase worked no problem at all, hence. I re-ordered another package (transmitter & receiver) & guess what? Worked first time using 2 Speedlites. What really impressed me was the extremely fast delivery time. I had the devices before the company had taken the money!!! I only wish this supplier had more products in their range. A1 supplier!!!!!
