I chose this Trail Cam based on the previous reviews, and it did not disappoint. I needed a motion activated, night vision camera to record the nightly activity on my property. This purchase was to discover which neighborhood dog/s were using my acreage and new sod as their nightly bathroom. I was able to set the trail camera to take pictures at varying intervals and eventually video record activity. The pictures were very clear, as was the video footage. In addition to capturing the dog, it also recorded several cats, a rabbit, and a baby squirrel. The motion detection was spot on and exceeded my expectations.

I just tried it out last night and I was amazed at the sensitivity and resolution of the videos. At first I thought a video was recorded of nothing happening in my yard, but reviewing closely again, I saw it triggered on a small sparrow in the grass. Also, a rabbit was recorded over 50' away in the dark! Hopefully it will last more than a year. I had trouble with another brand where it would act normal and then a month or two later it lost sensitivity and I had to send them back. I have no regrets purchasing this camera.  It's hard to turn down a deal like that!

I used this fine camera to locate the entrance point of a red squirrel that has gotten into the walls of my house. My house is 125 years old and there are alot of possible entrance points. This camera gave me an image of the little critter and I was able to place a one way wire mesh door which prevented the squirrel from re-entering the wall. At this point I was able to seal the hole with steel mesh, non expanding foam and a wood plate made to fit the opening. Now I am going to use the camera to watch the other wildlife in my yard. We have heard reports of a bear feeding from the bird feeders in my neighborhood, can't wait to "capture" him!

We purchased this camera to actually help take pictures of our house being built so we can watch the progress and create a time-lapse from the pictures. It has done very well in the Arizona sun and wind, stays in place without falling or shifting with the straps provided.. At first it was taking over 100 pictures a day then Customer Service helped us set it up correctly so it would only take 3 pictures a day. The pictures are very clear and gives the time/date/temperature information which is pretty cool. We haven't used the night vision yet but plan to when our house is built to watch the bats that feed on our humming bird feeders. Definitely was a great buy.

This is an excellent bargain. It's compact, durable, easy to set up, and works well. I bought one to test and we like it enough that I bought three more. I use it to monitor the perimeter of our property and it's great for that. Like just about all these devices, the IR night vision images are good enough to see who/what you're looking at, but they're not great pictures. The day shots are clear, the color is pretty good, and I would have called the quality excellent before my wife got her Google Pixel. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.
