100% perfect. Everything works great. The device is smaller than I thought. The response to the door opening is immediate. Double-sided adhesive tape is thick.

I received my first sensor at the beginning of May. The decor was super easy, but now 22 days later, the battery is already empty 😮 there was no warning. I was shown 100% in the Koogeek app. Yesterday the sensor did not react anymore. Thought to take the battery out and put it back in. Sensor now shows 1% battery, that means it switches off immediately. Since the 11.5 I have a second sensor in operation, let's see how long the battery keeps there.

I have been using koogeek sockets so far, and I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied with the door sensor. When I was at home, the sensor seemed to only work fine for at least a few minutes. It gives the impression that the sensor can only be connected to my phone, even if the Koogeek app is installed on the control unit (iPad Air 2 is 3 meters from the door). But soon after looking for their customer service to replace, everything is getting better. Nice!

There are now 3 such sensors running for about 1 month. At 2, the battery is already empty, even though it doesn't even open a 100x window! However, after the battery is replaced, the two sensors can be put back into operation, as well as workmanship and design.

The open door is considered clean, but the door sensor may be difficult to install in part because the height compensation adapter itself requires a different frame height. It's easy to integrate in Homekit (you can see it then), but I can't send messages when I leave the house and the window/balcony door is still open. This is mainly because the sensor in the home kit is not considered a sensor, ie E. You can indeed activate the sensor's message but do not program it because it does not appear under the sensor. Bypassing the extra Homebridge, I refused. Koogeek's software update is not synonymous - hope the problem can be solved in the foreseeable future, then there is an all-star

Questions & Answers(1)
  • QCan it work with other koogeek products through koogeek APP?

AYes, you can set up an automatic trigger on the Koogeek Home app to control other Koogeek accessories. For example, when you open the door at a selected time, the bedroom light will be automatically turned on.
