The kit I selected is great for beginners as the surface mount components were already installed and I only had to solder the thru hole parts. Everything worked for me the first time but the instructions also include troubleshooting tips if you need them. The oscilloscope itself is slow however (something like 200 KHz) which is not good for the use I wanted to give it (digital electronics) however it should be ok for Audio applications.

Items like this will cost 3 or 4 times the price offered by S. CA where I live. I am a person who has just been exposed to an oscilloscope, and I am afraid of getting wet with my recently acquired Tectronix, so this little S / B is very suitable for learning my way, I will soon master Tectronix that I have mastered This!

I bought the article, so I can finally check signals in my artisans. It is very suitable for that, as I generally did not want to buy a big Oszi. However, the Zusammebau despite instructions not for beginners geeinget! You need a pointed soldering tip to secure the SMD parts properly. But if you have done everything, you are happy as a monkey, everything works without great difficulty. The case was rather complicated to understand without instructions. However, it has been done quickly for something to try and make it. In addition, you have to buy a 9V power supply or have luck, that is still rum around! THIS KIT I can recommend to anyone who wants to practice * SMD soldering * a cheap Oszi needs * fun soldering in general has.

The kit is okay so far. The frequency specification of max. 200 kHz cutoff frequency is greatly exaggerated. Even at 100 kHz, the signal is distorted so much that measurements do not yield meaningful values. (Compared with the right scope) For LF tasks, the device is quite useful. It is also used for me.

Have fun assembling and trying. Very good step-by-step instructions. Top. The case is a bit tricky because there is no manual for this. Looks great.
