It requires some care in calibration, which in my opinion should be periodically performed. The reading, however, is not stable and the base does not seem rectified to me because on a perfectly flat surface there is a very slight tilting. For surveys that require maximum precision and reliability, such as for astronomical surveys or sensor calibration, in my opinion the classic bubble levels are still to be preferred. Simple and therefore extremely reliable.
