This is a bare bone tool. You may prefer to buy a kit for general use, but if you know that this nib size is right for you and you don't have any other direct needs, then this should solve your problem. I used it to spray a new coating on the bathtub. There is a little orange peel, but I attribute it to my lack of practice (the number of products is limited). The only thing I struggled with when using this gun was the heavy primer. I put forward bigger hints about these things.

I bought this to draw a graphic stripe on the RV. I used Behr external latex diluted with 25% water and it worked well, but in retrospect, I think a 20% dilution is also good and requires fewer passages (the paint is thin). I bought one but didn't use it. No problem again. I also used an inline water and oil separator. I have some overspray to clean up, but that is my fault, not the gun. My only half-negative is that it will become a little heavier after a while, but not enough to take away a star. It is easy to clean up. Not long-term but short-term, my experience is very positive. I might look for more reasons to use it again. highly recommended.

Rugged one-piece body. When you try to use it, don't wander around. Cheap tool, good spray. I have used it in my car and I have no complaints at all. Good value for money, buy one.
