Pros:Great battery with an interesting charging system with the plug on the back, battery holds good charge, led indicator is very useful, was bought for a friend who say these batteries are outlasting his original microsoft ones!
Cons:only the charging plug on the back is different, but the battery will charge with the play 'n' charge cable anyway, so that only if you need more than one battery to swap in!

Pros:Easy to use.It can charge your for xbox 360 controller directly with a controller charging cable.When you charge it ,it lights red,and after it is with full power,the light turn green.Once charge,it can use for a long time.
Cons:I need the black color which can be compatiable with my controller.But seller don't have in stock!
