Ok bag for the money, I use this as dry storage for clothes in my leaky truck, it holds a couple of changes of layers its seems well constructed for a PVC type bag, Its got the lower quality plastic buckles so I wouldn't take it on combat swim ops with it, but for light duty use its sufficient and VG price. I rolled the bag closed and pressure tested it no leaks and it held air for several days. I have not water tested it yet.
