They didn't work for me. I popped them into my ecigs (two diff units), pressed the fire button, and the batteries prompt;y shut off. Here's the protection PCB working. Too well. So why 5 stars? I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and offered a refund. From reading reviews, it seems like some batteries have this problem but apparently it works well for most. I happen to be unlucky this time. No product can be perfect. But with this kind of customer service, it's really the best you can hope for. Be aware, tho, that they're longer than the unprotected ones by about 2 millimeters. If your device has a spring, no problem; otherwise it might be. The ones I got actually work when I lower the voltage. Unfortunately, it's lower than what I like. Either the manufacturer set the threshold on the safe/conservative side, or some products have a threshold lower than designed. This is my guess. Most sellers on Amazon are great. This one is truly exceptional. As a customer, I feel obligated to reward and appraise such service and commitment.
