Okay so it’s fine for a decoration, which is what it’s sold as. The size is great. But the amount of magnetic “sand” or whatever is lacking. The one I got as a gift for my brother empties in about 6 seconds. Very, very little filling in it so it looks...lacking. Obviously, he doesn’t plan to use it as an actual timer, but it would be nice to have a fuller look. I would not buy again.

This is so cool! It makes a pretty little accent piece in a bedroom and it's fascinating to play with! Only complaint: the magnetic "button" that was glued in the stand came undone within a couple of days of receiving the product. Easy fix once we found the magnet again!
