I ordered two units. One had a loose screw that rattled around inside the burner assembly. I had to unscrew the burner head to properly secure the disconnected assembly screw, and then reassemble the unit. One unit looked new, the other looked lightly used/tested and re-packaged. The fuel connection hoses on each unit have very mild kinks or compression deformation, however, I expect they will endure much worse abuse in my field packs... My intended use for these are winter (freezing temperature) stoves with propane (green bottle) adapter instead of traditional isobutane. The folding wind shield is a nice add to the package. The storage container is industrial waste plastic - as crap as plastic can be - however it is the perfect size to store the stove plus a 35mm film canister I store the propane bottle adapter in. Overall I think this is a great product if you want more stove than a typical MSR/Whisperlight Isobutane burner head, but less weight than a single head propane bottle burner/head.

This is a perfect stove, just what I was looking for. I travel and use in hotels and roadsides to make hot beverages or soups. I use the larger gas can that when using the screw on stoves, the pots can be tipsy and high above your wind shield. This has a nice sturdy base, good pot holder to fit a good variety of sizes (and works well for normal heavier kitchen ware). Plus the folding wind shield is a great addition to my crinkly foil ones. I am very satisfied.
