I'd say this is a must have for twins. At first I thought it heated too slowly. However after 6 months of use, I've simply accustomed myself to turn it on 15 min before I need to use it and it's just fine. We've worked to get our twins on the same feeding schedule and this is is working out perfectly. If I were feeding on demand, it might be too slow.
