Slow to heat up, even at max setting.

Bottle warming setting barely gets the water room temperature. Had to crank it up to get it to actually heat my bottles, but it does make they very hot on the higher setting. Not sure if this thing will last.

not sure how to directly contact the manufacturer about this but the product is defective. The first few weeks after I received it it worked great but then i notices that even in the off mode the red light is on and water seems to be warming as well. I kept checking to make sure that I didn't leave it on but the product is defective. At this point just to be on the safe side, I unplug it which is an inconvenience. I have infant twins and am on a constant feeding schedule. worrying about the bottle warmer not working properly and causing a fire hazard is the last thing i need to worry about.
