Love this chair it is very comfortable and well made. I am a big man 6' ft. -2" in. tall at 276 pounds and this chair supports me very well. No squeaking or wiggling at pivot center. The various seat settings should make this suitable for anyone. Recliner function works perfectly for watching movies or TV on my computer. I added a Recaro head cushion to the head rest for added support. Works great for me. Will be purchasing a second chair for my younger brother who fell in love with mine, it will be a gift for his birthday this coming July and he is 2" inches taller than I. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering to purchase a high end chair without the high end price.

Delivered within 2 days by UPS, fast! This is a really good quality office/home computer chair and I am looking forward to years of trouble-free, comfortable use from it. I like the chair very much and I would like to have given it four-and-a-half stars (nine out of ten) but could only give it four stars. My thinking is as follows: a) The chair is a complex piece of equipment and it is seriously well designed and built. However I am concerned about what would happen if the mesh got damaged on any of the four components, especially on the seat. b) Will the mesh stay tightly stretched and without sagging over a period of time? I could only answer that in, say, six months from now. c) What would be involved in replacing any of the meshed components or any of the mechanical components in such a complex chair? d) There was very little documentation other than a little diagram that came with the chair. (In fairness, the chair was out of the box and assembled within 20 minutes with only a few screws to fix it all together.) I am left wondering about the terms for repairs or replacement of damaged items. e) The seat area is generously large and my legs just reach the forward edge of the chair with the chair just fitting my legs at the back of my knees. I am the average height for a man of 5ft 9 inches tall. I think a shorter person might feel the back of his/her legs uncomfortably pushed against the forward edge of the seat, even with the seat adjusted fully back. And so, there we are. I am hopeful that after 6 months of pushing the chair around and after many hours of sitting on it at my computer, I will be able to come back to you with an excellent report. Would I recommend the chair? Yes, I certainly would, with the reservations I have mentioned above. It is without doubt, the most adaptable and the most comfortable computer chair I have ever owned.

Purchased for my daughter who works as an attorney in front of a computer many hours per day. She had been complaining about back and neck strain leading to frequent headaches. I purchased this item for her birthday. It arrived quickly, was able to be assembled in less than an hour, and was behind her desk the same day. It has now been about six weeks and she has not changed the initial adjustments that were made to assist her in better posture and releive some of the stress point due to sitting for long periods. The chair has a totally adjustable sitting platform designed on a steel frame. She reports a level of comfort that she has not previously experienced. Great Chair! I would definately recommend the purchase of this item.
