Received the unit and it works fairly well. It's the best picture quality but decent enough to look at ear wax. You have to move it back and forth a bit to get it in focus as its a fixed focus, but its easy to do. It also gets a little warm because of the light. For the price I would recommend this item.

The good: It comes with everything you need and a convenient carrying case. The picture quality is pretty good and we couldn't beat the price. It worked to scrape out the junk and left my ears clean.The lights are very bright.

I’ve always had ear problems. I bought this hoping I could take care of some of the awful itching I had. Oh my gosh. Not only does this help me keep my ears clean, but my kids’ ears too! It gives a clear picture, and the tools it comes with help scoop out any extra wax.
