It's easy to use and does what it claims to, for the most part. My hair is quite long and has only a very loose curl, so the twists end up much tighter at the ends than at my scalp, and I have to twist the hair by hand at the top.

I have a 3c curl pattern and this is a huge time saver for two strand twists. Be careful if your curls are layered, I do an initial loose finger curl before putting in to capture the whole section. Twists are tight and stay nice for at least a week with minimal upkeep.
