Great pan! I was skeptical when ordering ,but this pan has been awesome! I was looking for something non stick and without Teflon to be more environmentally and health conscious.Heats well, easy to clean, truly non stick, I've been very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this pan to anyone

Vastly superior to other ceramic pans I have tried. I am not abusive and only use plastic utensils. I always use a little cooking spray and nothing sticks to this thing. I also cook roti/tortilla on it and it is a dream come true.

My favorite frying pan. We have other very expensive cookware but I go to this more often than not as it requires very little or no oil and clean up is a snap. Have used it for several months and love it! Highly recommend this pan if you like to cook with as little fat as possible. Nothing sticks.
