It is totally in line with expectations. Solar panels require a lot of sunlight. The rope is approximately ten feet long, so plan accordingly. I'm only for a basin, but it works very well!

I use a bomb in the bird bath. It works well even on a cloudy day, as a source of bubbles.

I am using this pump temporarily in a small 3 foot pond. It's perfect for what I want: a small movement in the water and a silent drip. All I have to change is to add memory to the solar storage. When the sun does not cause the pump to turn on and off, my "hiccup" pond :) Although the money is a lot!
