I use this USB cooling fan in my office. It works quietly, little noise comes from it. And the trapezoid stand make me can adjust its neck upward or downward freely. But I am now a little bit regret that I did not buy the black one, which will not get dirty so easy. And I sometimes touched the fan blades accidentally, lucky it is not very hard and I did not get injured. It may be better if there is a cover.
