I bought 16 of these, it took quite some time to arrive from China, but they all work. I put 8 over my bathroom mirror and they provide more than enough light. I put 3 in my ceiling fan in the living room and they were far too dim to be useful. Color is great, but they just don't put out the lumens you need to light a normal room.
