I was then contacted by the seller who's told me that they never had that issue and sent me a replacement. Upon using the replacement, the same issue happened again and I messaged the seller about it. They've advised me that the issue could be with the device power. So, what's happening? Well, if you use it in high density (Number 8 or above) for at least 20mins, you might experience the same issue. The device drains out of power and won't restart on its own, even after charging. In order to get it working again, you may need to restore it to factory settings by finding the small round hole behind the back of body trainer, and press it.
