To start, just because this is for beginners doesn't mean it's cheap quality. I was super impressed with the quality of the wood and the sound resonating from the uke.

This instrument needs constant tuning even after days of playing, which takes lots of fun out off learning ukulele.

This is a very nice ukelele for beginners! Do not waste your money on the ones advertised as "beginner models" for sale that are a few dollars less.

After that, the tuning will be stable. Overall, I like this purchase and would recommend it to other beginners, recognizing that it is NOT a perfect instrument.
