This tambourine is very light and obviously well made. He survived several services at the Pentecostal Church, just a toy. The skin is very good. I am a bit worried that the head will break my play. However, it is still very good. I have 3 children. That's why I carry a padded bag. I also bought a bigger tambourine (10" from another company, which is the same (same wood, head skin, wrapped around the edges), except that it has a row of double-row songs. This is a great Musical instruments, especially at competitive prices.
