its a compressor good to over drive front end of tube amp love it

For the money this is really great. nice boost with EQ you can alter. def would buy again

you have to "dime" it out to really get your solos out front. Good construction and good size, its still on my pedal board.

I love this pedal. It's not as durable/heavy as I'd like it to be, but even though this little guy feels weak, it packs an amazing customizable punch. Since I run an EQ, I keep the highs and lows at12 o'clock. My booster is right at 2 o'clock. I primarily play country/blue rock loud through a full stack egnater renegade. A Tele in my hands, delay, reverb and sustain combo'd with this Booster puts out a very TASTEFUL tone for solos. You have enough control to make it sound how you want without an EQ. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to its ligh weight frame matched with a weak springed button. I want to be able to rep my pedals when I'm on tour. For the price, size, and customization, this pedal is worth buying over the high dollar boosters in my opinion. I run this pedal directly into my input, (after my tube screamer, before my Boss EQualizer and noise gate.)

A nice little limiter. It can't be beat for the price. The threshold control is a little finicky, but I didn't have a problem getting things dialed in. Long term review - The jacks on this thing are pretty cheap. The output jack on mine is starting to loosen up so I may have to retire it. Getting the threshold right takes a lot more work than I'd like, but it is pretty transparent once dialed in. It seems to go from no limiting to to hard limiting with no variation in between. Without any index marks on the tiny black knobs it can be a pain to dial in if you need to change settings on a dark stage.
