If the product doesn't work, they will re-send you. No dumb questions asked. You just need to give them proof. I have had much worse experience with some EU sellers when I thought I paid the premium for customer service. If you can wait for good Quality and the best after-sales Service, then buy from TomTop. I believe that the delays are actually within the postal system and not an issue with Tomtop.
