Although these lights work well, and run cool, they are NOT tested and approved by the Underwriters Labs, and do not have a polarized plug. The light is plenty bright for a small stage, but they can not be brightness controlled. They are either on or off. This was not a problem for me, as I removed the internal power supply, and added a DC-DC converter to run on 12V DC, and output a constant current for the LED. I also added an ESP8266 WiFi module and power transistor circuit to control brightness from a computer, tablet, or phone. This works very well.
