The rope is plenty long to run up a pulley or make a few knott's. The mounting box is not standard, it's too small so the ceiling box sticks out on all sides. Fixture looks great though.

Exactly as description. Heavy woven ropecovers wire completely. I threaded mine through wine bottles with the bottoms cut off for pendant lights. Other is being used with bare bulbs like the picture and a large vintage pulley from our barn.
