This is a solide outlet, which three outlets that can be controlled independently.
The product is Apple Homekit certified and easy to add to your Apple Homekit automation.
Adding to your 2,4 GHz or dual and Wifi network is easy. You can do it with the Koogeek app, but it is as easy without the Koogeek app. Take your phone, tablet and go to settings and than to Wifi (On Macbook the Wifi dropdown menu) and look at the bottom of the list. Your Koogeek outlet will show up. Just tap or click on the accessory and watch the magic happen! Your outlet will automatically configure via Appels WAC protocol and get added to your Wifi network. No typing of your Wifi password required The transfer af your Wifi password via WAC is always safely encrypted.
When successfully added to your Wifi, open the Home app and tap "Add accessory" Scan de code on the back of the outlet and watch the magic happen. Three switches will be added to your setup. Plugin your lamps or other appliances and you can switch them on and off, via Siri, the Home app or via the buttons on the outlet.
If you want to control your outlet when you are not at home, you need to setup an Appel TV or iPad as Homekit hub.
I research price. Using the TomTop Coupon and points program, TomTop has the lowest price I could find.
