The XP-Pen Artist 22" Monitor has exceeded my expectations, as has XP-Pen's customer service. I used Wacom brand Cintiq screens during my 4 years at college, as well as at the company that I now work for, but I needed a drawing monitor for at home personal use. I went with the XP-Pen brand because it had good reviews and it was by far more affordable, and I can honestly say that it holds up to Wacom hands down. The levels of pressure sensitivity are as advertised, and I have had no problems doing the same work at home on my XP-Pen screen that I do at the office on my Wacom Cintiq screen. Shortly after receiving my order, I actually did encounter a problem with my monitor's picture; nothing serious, but a bit of noise would appear across the screen periodically. After contacting XP-Pen's customer service, it was determined to be a hardware problem, at which point they offered to replace my monitor immediately. I live on the other side of the country, yet received a new product in less than a week. I have been extremely pleased with everything, except for the before mentioned hardware problem obviously, but even that was handled quickly and professionally enough that it proved to be only a minor inconvenience
