High quality!The microscope really performed much above my expectations. When I zoomed on my laptop screen, I could see the R(red), G(green), B(blue) pixels in the computer screen. This was extremely insightful for the kids. I am thinking of purchasing another one as well. Kid was able to record pictures so he could study and make scientific comparisons.

Very useable. I used it for viewing PCB boards on wires, and my kids love to use it for viewing insects and small things. All in all works good with PC that I have. The LED lighting is pretty bright and will light up the item pretty well even in dark rooms.

This little microscope is giving our family hours of entertainment on a Sunday! It’s so incredibly easy to use. It does work on a Mac. I have a MacBook Pro and it was very simple to use. You can look at the enclosed instructions for the link for Mac. Go to that link and download the program to your Mac. Go to settings within the downloaded program, choose the USB port with the microscope camera plugged in and you’re in business. I typically hate trying to figure this stuff out but it was super easy and just took a minute. Taking pictures within the app is so easy. You can set it to take automatic photos and videos on a timer. You can also manually take photos. The quality of this microscope is incredible. We’ve been looking at everything from money to fibers to hair and skin. The company genuinely seems to have really good customer service. If anything goes wrong, they seem very receptive and willing to help. This would make a great gift for kids!

I had no trouble hooking this microscope up to my cell phone. I just downloaded one of the suggested apps and plugged it in and it worked perfectly. The camera quality is really good. You have to put the microscope really close to the subject or it will be blurry. My hands were super shaky when I snapped the photos of hair roots and fibers from my sweat pants, but the microscope still took pretty clear photos. My 7 year son is going to flip out when he opens this Christmas gift. We will probably being it to the park and check out leaves, bugs, etc. A lot.

LOVE IT!!Very cool yet totally functional microscope. Can be used for both work and hobby. Will buy more things from them in the future and have already recommended it friends.
