I use this light primary for sewing items or when extra light and magnification is need to perform detail works. This light is very light weight and replacing a larger type light that belonged to my mother and was stolen from my home.

When I broke my other one I just knew that I would not be pleased until I found another one.

This light was perfect for my son to use when examining geodes and crystals. The built in magnifier came in handy to see even the smallest detail. Very pleased.
