This engraver arrived very well packaged and protected. It arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were clear and concise and easy to follow. It took about 25 minutes to assemble the unit. Setup was very easy and connected quickly to my PC. The software was very easy to use and I was surprised at how fast it was up and printing. The laser prints very fast. The settings are easy to use and the prints are coming out clear and concise. I am really happy with the quality and design of this laser engraver. I recommend it to others.

It's a great gift.I purchased this for my friend since he likes to do arts and crafts. He had never had a laser engraver before, but was still able to set it up and create something within a day so I guess trhat goes to say that this is pretty easy to set up and use since he didnt really complained about anything. Would definitely recommend.

Great purchase for the money, still have alot to learn but so far all I can say is wow. I have lasered 60 pieces of wood. All different types and thicknesses for an art piece I am making. And the laser has done a great job. I have not had any issues with its ability to do what I have needed. Its been a great added tool to my shop.

This is easy to put together and is easy to use, but don't get excited in thinking you can cut thru wood, that is very difficult to do with this but it does engrave very easily.

Great engraver for the price .I got this about a week ago and I have already done 3 large engravings and it works perfect, now I wish that they made a rotary attachment so I could do cylinder objects.
