after reading the reviews i didn't expect it to be prefect; so far it work great - blood pressure only works on the automatic and not manual mode but its definitely not right, pulse rate is spot on and the reason i really bought if to track my sleep, it works great

Just got this today. Although I doubted it would work it turned out to be be pretty accurate. Manual Blood Pressure was spot on. Heart rate was good too. Respiratory rate was not accurate but I'm not particularly interested in this parameter. I have to say, I'm impressed especially with the blood pressure measurement since this technology is usually inaccurate. To those who have problems with iphones, I followed the instructions from one of the reviews here. The only tricky part is if you download the app with Q scan app, it will not work. Instead go to the app store and search 37 bracelet. After I got that figured out, everything else was a breeze. Today is day one. if you don't see any update from me in the future, it means it's working great.

This came much faster than I expected. At first, I couldn't get it to work, and I couldn't get it to charge. I tried different usb chargers, and I kept taking the charge adapter off and putting it back on. I don't know what I did, but it eventually started charging. It is comfortable to wear, and I'm surprised at how accurate it seems to be. I will compare it to the blood pressure monitor at my doctor's office, but readings so far are within the range I expect.

It has worked very well for me, the thing is that it's very slow when measuring manually the stuff you want. And the battery is very small so it's easy to loose it. But it's very useful and it works ok.
