I think this is a great product for your average home. It adopts very well to the barriers and its surroundings. I have a jack russell terrier in my two bedroom condo unit and he always leaves a trail of his hair all throughout my place . Room but that's a pretty well job of picking up most of the hair on the floor as well as my girlfriends . Of course this wont pick up 100% of the dirt everywhere but it comes close to it . I wish that this could also detect if there is a wet area and it would steer clear from it because having pets as you all know they will leave an accident every once in a while when you're not home and usually i turned on the rumba when i leave my place . Overall i do recommend this product as it is very simple and manageable .

I didn't believe that these devices could really do what people say but THEY DO. Fascinating to watch it learn your floor plan and remember it. With plenty of dog hair, I used to vacuum our wooden floors, then dry mop and then damp mop. Other than the few furniture items that it can't get under, I now only have to damp mop - no more dog hair! Heck, no more dust bunnies. It even learns where the baseboard doorstops are and goes around them. When cleaning the house, it's like having a partner to do cleaning with you. It's a little louder than I expected but heck, it's a vacuum. Area rugs can fill up the collection bin for the first few uses since this thing really deep cleans. Once most of the old debris and loose fibers are gone (that you thought your old vacuum was picking up), the bin fills normally. Wouldn't live without it.

Most of my home is hardwood and it works wonderfully on the hard wood, no complaints.

Great replacement for my old one. Suction power is fantastic.

Best robot vacuum you can get for the price and is smart too.
