Received it a couple days ago. Wanting to wait a couple days to give an accurate review First of all, it is packaged well. Very sleek design and screen display is easy to read. Took a bit practice to get familiar with all features but once you get a hang of it, it is so simple. It is semi touch screen. Meaning, the reading screen isn't touch-responsive but there is the tapping area on the bottom of the screen and depending on how many seconds you hold, it changes functions. Aside from the typical counting steps/calories/BPM (heart rate), with the phone app, you can see your blood pressure which is measured every 10 minutes. It is amazing because the few times where my blood pressure goes way up and I see the timestemp and know exactly why it raised up and went back down in 10 minutes. Since all vital signs are stored in your app, it would be very useful to bring the data to your doctor check-ups. One more great thing - No wire or "yet another" charger you need to remember; the watch itself can be connected directly to the usb port. Easy as pea!

Simply put works does what it is supposed to do and does it well. Shortly after receiving the device had to go into the hospital for surgery. While in the hospital checked the heart rate and blood oxygen rate on the Honor 5 vs. the hospital monitors that I had to wear. Very accurate- generally 1% or less difference. Before I went into the hospital checked the accuracy of the pedometer. It apparently self corrects as after 3-4 days of use it was right on. Only negative is that no way will the battery go 14 days. 8-10 days is more like it but even that is better than my old fitbit.

I've used all the features and it's amazing how versatile this watch is. It looks very professional and is so comfortable that you barely feel you're wearing it most of the time. It does allow you to monitor a lot of things, set alarms, receive and check notifications, and track workouts. I really like the "free workout" option, which allows you to record various workouts! The "find my phone" is a funny feature... Though it's not something I'd necessarily need, I wish I had a way to reply to messages with simple text or keywords. Overall, however, it's an amazing product and I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a quality watch on a budget. I will be buying as a gift for my family members this holiday season!

I love this device. I bought mainly for the sleep monitoring and it has not let me down. It uses the Huwaei Health App to compile the data. The Sleep Data includes all stages of sleep, Light, Deep, REM plus Respiratory Quality. Based off these data, time slept and time of bed you get a sleep score and semi-personalized recommendations. The app has a comprehensive library of suggestions that it will display based on your results. So far, there are no surprises. The recommendations are things you would likely think of yourself, such as going to bed earlier. There have been some gems such as the benefit of two hours per day sunlight on sleep quality, napping before 1 PM (if you nap) and exercising earlier in the day. Scientific Journal Articles are referenced if you want to look up why the recommendations were made. Of course, there may be opposing research and/or different opinions. Step counts are close to what I get with the FitBit, a little lower, but not a great deal. The SpO2 is nice. The activity training, while basic, is solid. I use it for biking and like the maps and other data the app collects during my biking (speed, calories burned, etc). You will need to bring your phone with you to get this data. Continuous heart rate monitoring is helpful and accurate. The display is bright and colorful. It is a little finicky, not always responding to swiping, but it's hard to make a mistake, like delete something or swipe away a notification. The text is ridiculously small, though. I get notifications on the device that I cannot read, even with glasses. If you've got good eyesight, this probably won't bother you. Overall, a real bargain.

Bought this based on google reviews and the price. I do love it and think it’s a great deal. It’s accurate for steps. Pretty much accurate for sleep but with some minor discrepancies. Also does heart rate and blood oxygen (no idea the accuracy). Anyway, I’m allergic to cheap metal and have been wearing this day and night for 3 months and have no issues, unlike my previous Fitbit that I was allergic to. The inner part of the band touching skin is rubber or plastic. Battery lasts over a week. Only downside is it doesn’t sync with my work app for activity monitoring (challenges and points). Seriously for $36 this is well worth it for step counting.
