Ah! This watch is great for the price. It might not be perfect or as good as some of the top smartwatches out there. I have a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 classic. I purchased this watch, since it had blood pressure and temperature sensors. Let us look at it 1 sensor or application at a time: 1. BP monitor The disadvantage of this watch is the phone application it pairs with and the application on the watch itself. There is no way to calibrate the watch to the actual readings from a cuff BP measuring instrument. (unlike the Samsung watch's calibration ability). The margin of error seems huge. When I had a reading of 127/84 from my cuff, this watch showed it as 106/72. To be fair, Samsung also had a margin of error, until I calibrated it. Had to calibrate it multiple times to get better / accurate readings. 2. Heart rate monitor It does run all day - based on the settings on the phone App. You cannot set this on the watch itself. The phone App seems very shady - but it does work. Heart rate sometimes has an error margin, not as big as the one with BP, but sometimes it is off by 1 to 5 bpm. It does keep history on the phone. Again the phone app syncs via bluetooth and takes really long time to sync - and it seems to be a sync initiated when you open up the phone app. So - if you have not opened the app in a week, it will take a long time to download all the data. 3. SPO2, Body temperature: Works well and as accurate as a finger SPO2 monitor, Skin and body temp monitor are also accurate to a point. 4. Sleep monitoring: It is not as good as the one on Samsung watch4 - but it is close enough. It did not pick up that I was asleep 10 minutes after i was actually asleep. And when I wake up - it actually records the movement than actuals wake up time. Also, it does not detect deep sleep or REM - that I am not sure I can hold against this watch, as Samsung itself is not accurate on the deep vs REM times. 5. Walking / exercise: If you do different types of exercise and want to monitor your heart rate and calories burned - this watch does not monitor it. It is very basic - you have start and stop exercise types on the phone manually. On my Galaxy Watch4 - it will detect that i am doing an exercise and start it or i can start it manually to monitor the exercise - especially if it is pushups or any other core exercises. For this price, I will not complain, however it is the App's fault and not the watchs' for not monitoring those things. 6. Phone App - it is very basic and does not let your customize many things - given that this was only $25 - it does not bother me one bit. What bothers me about this watch: 1. At the rate at which these smartwatches are being sold or are being manufactured, I am not sure how long the company will provide updates. I cannot even tell if there are backdoors open or if it is hackable. Will perform a pen-test on it at some point. For now, I am kind of happy with this watch.

Surprised expectations, is very good at cost.
