Arrived faster than I was expecting. Very, very cheaply made. Thin, fragile, wiring, brittle solder connections, cheap electronics all the way around. Appearance is decent once installed, makes my old acoustic have an indie lo-fi appearance that I like. Mine arrived DOA, no sound output at all. The seller responds with exactly one email per day, usually to ask me an inane question such as "can you please try it again and let me know?". Ok, plug it back in, strum strum strum, yep still no sound output...email back a reply and wait another 24 hours. I'll modify my rating once I get one in my hands that works. EDIT: Found a wire that wasn't soldered to the jack, repaired it and it works now. Surprisingly well, actually, very good sound. Despite my other complaints and the fact that I had to repair it myself, I'm pleased with the purchase considering the low price. My beat up old Washburn looks and sounds pretty cool again. :-)

I got this for a small acoustic. Installation was a breeze and it sounds great. Would have no problem useing this again in the future.

worked like it was designed to do, picked up true sounds...Very slow shipping but finally got it, worked well...Took over 2 weeks to get it....
