Great product, I believe getting started is difficult... only because the company uses Chinese who speak ok, but need help in writing proper English. I have made corrections and would be willing to help any Chinese Company to fix their instructions in order for them to be clear for English speakers in the US. I6t took me a couple of days experimenting to get my T23 to work, so I decided to change the instructions for my grandkids to understand.
