Very affordable printer. It produces high-quality prints right out of the box, requiring little adjustment to the slicer configuration. This is a great option for students or hobbyists who are new to 3D printing and want an easy-to-use printer while learning the ins and outs of the entire process. Additionally, TusHoldings has excellent customer service. I've contacted them multiple times with questions or support and they always respond promptly (usually within 8-12 hours).

This X-Smart 3 has been used for several days. The structure of the body is solid and stable, the printing process is smooth, the vibration and noise are relatively small, the friendly touch screen interface and the intuitive operating system make the operation easy to understand. It also supports wireless printing and remote monitoring, which I really like!

My first favorite is: The exterior and accompanying printer are very nice looking, well built and very sturdy in my opinion. The WiFi sent from the modified cura software is great, just send the print to the printer and fire it up. Initial setup is a breeze. I love magnetic build plates. The support team is great! When I have any mechanical issues, I send them an email and they ship any part I need fast and free, even if it's still under warranty. They did a fantastic job, thank you

This is my second QIDI printer, I bought the X-One last year. When I first thought about buying a 3D printer, I was at a loss and didn't know what to do. I spend a lot of time browsing reviews and trying to determine the pros and cons of each printer. I landed on Enlightenment and was not disappointed! Not only are their machines great, but their service is where they really shine. Most of the time, I send an email and get a response within a day, and usually a very helpful response rather than an automated or generic response. They care deeply about their customers.
