I received the engraving machine on the exact date of arrival (one week after making the order).
It was quite easy to assemble but I did had to ask my boyfriend to help me with one step where real strenght was needed.
The laser is easy to focus and the package includes glasses, which help a lot ( I have tendency to headaches). I am still learning how to use the program (GRBL laser) which you have to install directly from your computer but so far the machine works properly!
